Set against the stunning backdrop of Wentworth Woodhouse in Rotherham, this show promises to be a spectacular day out for car enthusiasts, families, and anyone passionate about vintage and classic vehicles.

Date: Sunday, 14 July 2024
Time: 10 am – 4 pm (Visitors can arrive from 9.30 am)
Location: Wentworth Woodhouse, Wentworth, Rotherham, S62 7TQ

Opening Times

• Visitors: Gates open at 9.30 am.
• Car Owners/Exhibitors: Arrival is advised between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. All exhibitors using discounted advance tickets should arrive no later than 11 a.m.

Vehicle Displays

Prepare to be dazzled by an impressive array of up to 500 vintage, classic and modern classic vehicles on display throughout the day. The cars will be showcased by age categories (pre-60s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and post-2000) and by type (American cars, sports and convertibles, commercial and military vehicles, and kit/custom/replica cars).

Club Stands and Displays

The event will also feature various club stands displaying classic and modern classic clubs. This is an excellent opportunity to see rare models you might not encounter elsewhere.

Classic Bike Section

Motorcycle enthusiasts will not be disappointed either. The show includes a dedicated section for up to 50+ vintage and classic motorcycles, featuring iconic brands such as BSA, Norton, and Velocette.

Live Commentary & Judging

All display vehicles are eligible for judging, which is overseen by experienced vehicle commentator Les Clayton and judge Peter Fleming. Awards will be presented across all vehicle categories, culminating in the prestigious "Car of the Show" award.

Interactive Entertainment

Les Clayton will provide live commentary throughout the event. He’ll interview owners about their restoration projects and vehicle stories—so if you have an interesting tale about your car or bike, make sure to let him know!

Participation in Judging

Owners should listen to their category calls before entering the arena for judging. Winners from each category will return for the "Car of the Show" awards ceremony later in the day. Each participant entering the arena for judging will receive a unique commemorative plaque.

Trade Stalls & Autojumble

The event features a bustling retail village offering hard-to-find parts, merchandise, memorabilia, antiques, craft items and more. Whether you're looking to buy or browsing automotive history's treasures—there’s something here for everyone.

Live Music

Following successful trials in last year's event, live music is back! Enjoy popular acoustic tracks performed live in the arena over lunchtime (usually between noon -1pm). Feel free to put in your requests!

Food & Drink

A wide selection of quality hot and cold food and drinks will be available from various on-site catering facilities, including responsible bars and confectionery vendors that offer delicious treats like ice cream.

Directions

The venue is signposted via permanent brown road signs supplemented by temporary hi-vis ‘vehicle show’ signs directing visitors/exhibitors to relevant entrance points during event weekends.

Dogs

We are very dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at all times. Please use the provided bins to dispose of dog waste responsibly.

Parking

Visitor parking is free, and designated disabled parking areas are available upon request. Inform their parking stewards, who’ll guide you accordingly.

Facilities

Portable toilets, including disabled facilities, will be located within the main event fields alongside permanent toilets inside the Wentworth Woodhouse building itself, ensuring comfort throughout your visit!
