Delivery

We aim to ship all items as quickly as possible. We use a mixture of various courier services and also royal mail depending upon the items being shipped.

Returns

Should the item you receive be unsuitable for you then you are welcome to return it to us for either exchange or for refund (please note that returns are at the customers expense).

For this, you should contact us by either telephone, website form or email within 14 days of receipt to obtain a returns reference which should be printed or written onto the address label without this returns reference, the item you return may be refused causing you to have to send it again.

Special arrangements are made for Christmas presents or for other special occasions. Please note that the items returned must be in the original, unused condition with all tags not removed and in the original packaging.

Items returned with damaged packaging are not suitable for resale and therefore would be refused.
