Bideford Bike Show 2024

As we look forward to the tenth anniversary of the Bideford Bike Show on Sunday, 26th May 2024, we can't help but reflect on the journey that has brought the event here. From humble beginnings, this event has grown into the biggest show of its kind in North Devon, attracting hundreds of motorbikes from across the country and beyond.

The show takes place along Bideford Quay and in Victoria Park Bideford, starting at noon and running until 5pm. This year promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a multitude of trade, food and charity stands set up for visitors to explore.

Entertainment Galore at Bideford Bike Show

Tarka Radio will be broadcasting live from Jubilee Square from 11am onwards, setting the mood for an exciting day ahead. But that's not all! Merlin will be joining them in Victoria Park's children's field with his fabulous tricks. The highlight? Juggling fire while balancing a bike on his chin! This is a spectacle you won't want to miss.

Supporting the event with staging and entertainment are CMC Productions and Prosound Solutions SW Limited. They will ensure that there is never a dull moment in Victoria Park’s children’s field.

Honouring Excellence at the Bideford Bike Show

At 4pm, they will be hosting their Best Bike Awards – a highlight of the Bideford Bike Show each year. Trophies are awarded for the best motorbike in several categories, celebrating both classic design and innovative engineering.

Before that, though, don’t miss out on the prize raffle, which takes place between 3 and 3:30pm. With a multitude of prizes up for grabs, it’s sure to add an extra layer of excitement to the day.

Supporting Local Charities

One of the most rewarding aspects of the Bideford Bike Show is its commitment to supporting local charities. Entrance is free for pedestrians, while bikes and trikes are charged at £3 each. The money raised from these fees is split between the Bideford Bike Show's nominated charities for 2024: Southwest Blood Bikes, The East The Water Community Food Pantry, The Northam Care Trust, and Apple Tree Farm Services CIC.

These organisations do incredible work in the community, and Bideford Bike Show is proud to support them through this event.
